Consents Officer

Randstad is seeking an experienced Consents Officer to join a supportive and close-knit team, located in Lockleys. This is a unique opportunity to use your skills to make a tangible difference in people's lives. This full-time contract role offers a long-term opportunity with a 9-month contract and the potential for extension. While previous banking experience is beneficial, it's not essential. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the right behaviors to provide excellent customer care.

What you'll do:

• Manage sensitive and complex cases related to deceased estates, divorce, and property damage.
• Communicate with a small number of vulnerable customers and a high volume of solicitors and conveyancers.
• Review legal documents, such as probate and court orders, to facilitate changes in property ownership.
• Focus on the quality of your work rather than the quantity, ensuring each customer receives the care and attention they need.
• Work collaboratively with a positive and supportive team, assisting each other as needed.
